Counseling program, with the Professional Counselor emphasis,
is designed to provide a broad-based, in-depth education in the
discipline of professional counseling. This comprehensive
graduate degree program prepares you for licensure as a
Licensed Professional Counselor.
MACU's accelerated graduate program is a fully-accredited
60-hour track that teaches you how to assist people at every
life stage and understand psychological and psychopathological
aspects in counseling. In these courses, you'll develop
critical thinking and leadership skills, understand scientific
methods, and learn to orient to practical application and
